Vanderhoof, Albert M. (25 JUL 1930 - 7 SEP 2005)

Albert M. Vanderhoof, 75, Roy, Utah, a very loving husband, father and grandfather, went to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2005. In accordance with his wishes, he was cremated with no service.

Albert M. Vanderhoof was born on July 25, 1930, in the town of Sherman, to Munson and Florence Vanderhoof. He attended Loyal High School. In February of 1948, he joined the Air Force serving in Germany and France. He retired in 1968, after 20 years of service. After retiring, he moved to Roy, Utah, where he worked for 22 years at Hill Air Force Base.

Survivors include his wife, Ilse; three daughters, Carey Probasco, Anchorage, Alaska, Linda Sandoval, Roy, Utah, and Heike (Clair) Weeding, Ogden, Utah; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lorena Gehrke and Janet Ertl; and one brother, Robert Vanderhoof.

He will be missed by his family and friends.
