Laura Jane Anderson, 84, of Stanley, Wisconsin, died September 28, 2005 at Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield, WI. She was born 30, 1921 hi the Township of Reseburg to Arthur and Meta Seaman. She married Arnold C. Anderson in Stanley, WI on November 30, 1940. Laura worked at Northern Center until she retired in 1983. She enjoyed baking and cooking for her family and the entire community of Stanley. She was the site manager of Senior Meals. Laura and her husband, Arnold, enjoyed dancing and attending polka festivals.
She is survived by sons: John (Mary), Ronald (Dawn Fragulia) and Gary; daughters: Sharon (Edward) Bobb, Nancy (Bill) Alger and Kathy (Kevin) Zehr; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold, and her son Thomas (Linda). A memorial service was held Saturday. October 1, 2005 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Stanley. WI. Reverend Linda Dutton officiated the service. The Cremation Society of Wisconsin, Eau Claire served the family.
