Married, at the home of the bride’s parents, in this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), on Saturday evening, April 25th, 1896, Mr. George Eder, Jr., and Miss Amanda Hecker, Judge R. B. Salter officiating.
The above are among the best young people of the city. George is a modest and industrious young man, having the respect of all his acquaintances. The bride is the second daughter of Alderman and Mrs. Albert Hecker, is a bright, sensible girl and is just the kind that will make a happy home.
The ceremony took place at the house in the evening, in the presence of a large number of friends. After the ceremony and congratulations offered supper was announced and the house was given over to general festivities for the night. The bride and groom received the hearty congratulations of all present and the Phonograph extends very best wishes.
The happy couple were the recipients of a number of valuable and useful presents.
