MRS. LINDEMAN DIES AT CHIPPEWA FALLS

Conduct Last Rites For Chippewa Lumberman's Widow at Thorp

Thorp Sept. 14 Funeral services were conducted at the Bogumill funeral home here yesterday afternoon for the late Mrs. Katherine Lindeman, who died of cancer at St. Joseph's hospital, Chippewa Falls at 7 p.m. Monday.

The Rev James Irish conducted the services and burial took place in the East Thorp cemetery.

Mrs. Lindeman lived at Thorp a number of years ago, later moving to Chippewa Falls, where her husband, a Chippewa Falls lumberman, died. She returned to Thorp to live that summer and was stricken by the fatal illness here. She was 71 years of age.

Survivors are a niece and a nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Dettzler, Jump River. There were no children. Mr. Lindeman's death occurred 16 years ago.
