About a dozen Thorpites are here working in the Helgerson's sawmill which is now cutting Nye Lusk & Hudson's stock of logs.

Rufus Labaree, a local farmer, brought 250 lbs of homemade butter into the village Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Helgerson have returned from Waukesha county.

Mrs. C. Griswold is on a visit to her paternal home in Pennsylvania.

There will be a Donation given for the benefit of Rev. S. A. Abbott, Saturday evening Sept. 25th at Sargent's hall. Come everybody and bring your produce, merchandise, wood or cash. COMMITEE
