Wm. Walsdorf, Gustave Schmidt, E. Lanplear, H. Goff, Geo. Banderob and John Smart are attending court at Neillsville this week as jurors.
J. H. Sargent returned from his two months hunt up in the woods on Monday last, looking hale and hearty as ever. The COURIER family was remembered by a liberal supply of jerked venison for which we return thanks.
Morris Raidt procured bail on Friday of last week and secured his liberty, arriving here from Neillsville the same day. The bail was reduced to $500. An effort will be made at the present term of court for an adjournment until the spring term which will, no doubt, be granted.
