Chas Miller lost a horse Monday.
Mrs. McLond went to Eau Claire Wednesday and returned Thursday.
Mike Ralph hauled 300 logs in one day with four teams on a three trip road. It is hard to beat Mike when he gets settled down to business.
Mrs. Joe Stuard passed through Withee on her way to Thorp.
A young man in D. J. Spaulding's mill was struck with a slab and had three ribs and his breast bone broken. He was taken to Thorp for treatment.
