The dance at the opening of Kurtz' new hall last Saturday evening was a grand success in every particular. The supper furnished at the Pioneer House was especially well enjoyed, as Mac seldom does things by halves. The Germania band also did itself credit in rendering several fine selections during the early part of the evening. Many strangers and farmers with their families were present and enjoyed themselves to the fullest extent.
