L. O. Garrison is in Chicago this week buying new goods, and attending the Republican convention as a spectator.

W. P. Miller and daughter Gracie, went to Neillsville on Saturday last for a few weeks to visit with relatives.

Mrs. I. K. Snow, of Minneapolis has been visiting a few days with her daughter Mrs. L. Covert during the past week.

C. C. Clark displayed some very fine stocks of rhubarb at this office on Monday last, one of them measuring over two feet in length.
