Pipkorn, John P. (18 NOV 1962 - 19 NOV 2005)

John P. Pipkorn, 43, Loyal, formerly of Marshfield, died in the emergency room at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005. Visitation will be held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Loyal, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, Nov. 23. The Rev. Roman Kaiser will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be his nephews, Lars Johansson, Jon Pankratz, Matt Pankratz, Allan Johansson, Ryan Johansson, Raymond Johansson and Nicholas Johansson

John Paul Pipkorn was born on Nov. 18, 1962 in Marshfield, to Eugene and Darlene (nee Ledger) Pipkorn. He was raised and educated in the Loyal area, graduating from Loyal High School in 1980. After graduating, he worked as a farmhand on various farms and lived in Marshfield for many years. For the last five years, he had been employed at Figi’s, Marshfield. He moved to Loyal in July 2005. He had many interests, including genealogy, the Green Bay Packers, the Milwaukee Brewers, and the Milwaukee Bucks.

He will be sadly missed by his mother, Darlene, Loyal; his siblings, Barbara (Steve) Pankratz, Marshfield, Diane (Jeff) Beidel, Colby, Cheryl (Rolf) Johansson, Concord, N. C., Gini (David) Johansson, Granton, Laura (Steve) Kauth, Loyal, Andy Pipkorn, Loyal, Tammy (Kevin) Smith, Loyal, and Brian (Lisa) Pipkorn, Dodgeville; five nieces; 10 nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Cuddie Funeral Home, Loyal, is assisting the family with arrangements.
