Miss Josie M. Nye of River Falls, Wis. arrived here last Thursday to take charge of the grammar department in the village school. Miss Nye comes from the State Normal School where she has had all the practice work required in the Elementary courses, and some practical experience. The methodical way by which she takes her new line of work shows the value of a Normal school course to those who teach.
