Breit, Katie (8 MAY 1900)

Married at St. Kilian’s Church on Tuesday, May 8th, 1900, by Rev. G. Vadder, Mr. Sebastian Burgmeier of Stanley and Miss Katie Breit of the town of Hull, Marathon Co.

Mr. Burgmeier is a brother of Mrs. Jos. Haslbeck and has been identified with this place, more or less, for several years, at present being employed by the United States Leather Co., at Stanley.

The bride is the daughter of the late Mike Breit of the town of Hull, and has lived in this vicinity all her life, with the exception of the short time that she resided in Milwaukee.

After the ceremony the two couples and a host of friends repaired to the home of Jos. Haslbeck, where they indulged in feasting and merry making until well along toward the next morning.

They will make their home in Stanley, to which place they take with them the best wishes of a host of friends, The Phonograph included.
