DeMert, Robert 'Buck' L. (22 Oct. 1935 - 20 July 2005)

Robert "Buck" DeMert, 69, of Neillsville, died at his home on Friday, July 29, 2005.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth of Neillsville; his children, Cindy (Randall) Butts of Neillsville, Jeffrey L. (Sue Peters) DeMert of Neillsville, Kay (Mark) Schwellenbach of LaCrosse, Debbie (Jim) Spiegel of Neillsville and Kevin (Kelly) DeMert of Orchard Park, N.Y. He is further survived by his adopted children, Joe (Debbie) Holman of Neillsville, Robert (Janie) Holman of Marshfield, Kathie (Dick) Solberg of Eau Claire and Brenda (Roger) Langreck of Neillsville, Wis. Buck is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by three sisters, Katie Holquin of Texas, Ellie (Jack) Jacobs of Illinois and Karen Koepp of Wisconsin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, an adopted son, Danny Holman and adopted granddaughter, Kattie Langreck.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a legacy stone at the Highground.
