Becker, Mr. & Mrs. Otto (25th - Sept. 5, 1953)

More than 100 friends and relatives joined in the joyous festivities that marked the observance of the 25th wedding anniversary for Mr. and Mrs. Otto Becker, city, last Saturday.

At seven o’clock in the evening the following guests enjoyed a buffet supper served at the Becker home: Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Hill and family, Pine City, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Alex Nowak and Mrs. Nada Miller of South Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Chris Fahley, New London; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Clouse, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wittlinger of Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Ayer, Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Wittlinger, Curtiss; Mr. and Mrs. Julius Lange, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Nowak and Mr. and Mrs. Addie Hardrath, and their son Otto Lee, Owen, Wis.

Later a dance was enjoyed at the Atwood Hall followed by "open house" at the Becker home.

The couple was married on September 5, 1928 at Greenwood, Wisconsin. For 24 ½ years they lived on a farm in the Town of Beaver until last spring when they sold out and moved to Owen, Wis.
