Miller, Myrtle (21 OCT 1903)
On Wednesday morning, Oct. 21st, 1903, at eight o’clock, at the residence of the bride’s parents in Hicksville, Ohio, Miss Myrtle Miller joined hands with Mr. Ed J. Healy and both promised the bride’s uncle, Rev. Henry Steckley of Garrett, Ind., who performed the ceremony, that they would love and obey each other the rest of their natural life.
After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served, and the young couple to the train for Chicago. They will visit there, also in Madison, Neenah and Appleton, and then come to Unity, where they will be at home to their friends after Nov. 1st.
Miss Myrtle is the only child of Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Miller, who recently removed from this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.) to Hicksville. Myrtle graduated from the Colby, Wis. High School in the class of ’99 and was a general favorite of all.
Ed is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Connor Healy of Unity, and is well and favorably known to all in this city.
The Phonograph will join with the many other friends of this young couple in wishing them a long and happy life.
