Simon Rosenberg who is buying old iron, rubber, etc., in this section, stepped into a juicery at March, July 5th to get a glass of beer and got more than he expected--a pounding. Three fellows under the influence of too much 4th of July pounced upon him and handled him pretty roughly, besides relieving him of $10. He came to the city and swore out warrants for their arrest in Judge White's court. City Marshal, J. P. Hayrey drove to March and got Ed. Baker, Forest Teeter and Harvey Stewart. They plead guilty to the charge and were fined $1 each and costs.
