Hello, I just happened on to your obituary entry as I was searching the internet for possible information on my Great-Grandfather, Herman Carl Gustav Boness, born in Pomerania. I know that our Hermans are not the same one, but I thought maybe you might have some information about the Bonesses from Pomerania. My Grandfather's name was Otto August Theodore Bonness, born in Pomerania in 1874. The family emigrated to North Dakota in about 1886. Perhaps our families are related.
