Kademan, Arvin (? - 4 NOV 1905)
Arvin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kademan of Green Grove, Clark Co., Wis., was instantly killed at Curtiss, Clark Co., Saturday forenoon by being caught between two cars. He was assisting in loading slabs on cars at the sidetrack for Albert Pribbernow, and was pulling one of the cars to place with a team, and as the moving car neared another he, for some unaccountable reason, stepped on the track and was caught between the bumpers. As the cars bounded apart he stepped out and walked to the main track and sat down, almost immediately tipping over on his side, and when his companions reached him, life was extinct. It all happened in a few seconds. Undertaker R.H. Hart, who was called over Saturday evening, said they found a discoloration on the back near the spine, one arm broken between the wrist and elbow and the hand badly lacerated. His watch, which was in his pants watch pocket, was smashed and had stopped at 10:27.
