Notice of Hearing Application for Administration and Notice to Creditors

State of Wisconsin, County Court, Clark County.

In the matter of the Estate of Fannie Carter, Deceased.

Notice is hereby given that at a term of said Court to be held on Wednesday, the 3rd day of April, 1935, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon of said day at the court house in the city of Neillsville, in said county, there will be heard and considered.

The application of Clara Short, for the appointment of an administrator of the estate of Fannie Carter, deceased late of the City of Neillsville, in said county.

Notice is further given that all claims against said Fannie Carter deceased late of the city of Neillsville, in Clark County, Wisconsin, must be presented to said County Court at the court house, in said County, on or before the 5th day of July, 1935, or be barred, and that all such claims and demands will be examined and adjusted at a term of said Court to be held at the Court House in the City of Neillsville, in said County, on Tuesday, the 16th day of July, 1935, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon of said day.
