Dr. Rix, the well known dentist, will be here for one week beginning Nov. 27. Call on him at the Forest Queen House if in need of work in his line. Teeth extracted without pain.
It is reported that parties are about to put in a grub pin factory a few miles south of town. Who the projectors of this enterprise are the Courier has not learned.
The bolt harvest has already commenced in earnest, from fifteen to twenty cords being delivered daily at J. W. Cirkel & Sons stave and heading factory in this village.
The ladies of the M. E. Society will have a sociable at the residence of the pastor, Thursday, Nov. 28. all are invited............Mrs. Minard, Scy.
