TWO CHILDREN BURNED TO DEATH FRIDAY
Doris Vanderhoof, 4, and sister Jean, 2, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Vanderhoof, were burned to death Friday in a fire of an undetermined origin on the Edwin Gunz farm in the Town of Sherman, three miles east of Spokeville, Friday at 11:30 A. M.

A 30 gallon drum of gasoline was also in the pump house but did not explode.
The children are survived by their parents and numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held from the Swarthout Undertaking Parlors at Spencer Sunday afternoon at 1:00 "Safe In the Arms of Jesus" was sung by Rev. W. N. Dawson, who also had charge of the ceremony. Interment was made in the Spencer cemetery.
