Reeves, Henry W. (15 May 1895 - 17 Jan. 1964)
Colby - Henry W. Reeves, 68, Kalkaska, Mich., a barber at Colby for many years, died at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Memorial Hospital in Kalkaska, Mich.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Zion Lutheran Church in Colby. The Rev. LeRoy Urman will officiate, and burial will be made in the Colby Memorial cemetery. Friends may call at the Lulloff Funeral Home in Colby beginning Sunday evening.
Henry W. Reeves was born May 15, 1895 in Colby. He lived in Colby his entire life, where he barbered until several years ago when he suffered a stroke, and was force to retire. He married Herta Stock who survives him. Three years ago, they moved to Mancelona, Mich.
Mr. Reeves was a veteran of World War I, and a member of the American Legion Post, and the V. F. W. post.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Elmer (Patricia) Miesner, Mancelona, Mich.; two brothers, John, Colby; and Harold, Abbotsford; a sister, Mrs. Neva Harry, Colby; and three grandchildren.
