Oldham, Harold B. (January 17, 1904 - May 4, 1985)

Harold B Oldham, age 81, a resident of the Neillsville Memorial Home, passed away Saturday, May 4, 1985. Rev. Harold Ott officiated at services held Tuesday, May 7, at Gesche Funeral Home. Burial was made in the Town of Levis Cemetery, Neillsville, Wis. Pallbearers were relatives and friends.

Born to Alfred and Bessie (Savage) Oldham on January 17, 1904, in the Town of York, the deceased was educated there and farmed in the area for several years. In 1930, he married Janet Murphy in Clark County; they were subsequently divorced. He moved from the area and worked at various places in Wisconsin, and returned to Neillsville about eight years ago, making his home at the Merchants Hotel. Three years ago, due to failing health, he became a resident of Neillsville Memorial Home. His death followed a lingering illness.

Surviving him are his children including a daughter, Violet Noel of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and two sons, Duane and Larry Oldham, both of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother, Arnold.
