Arends, Margarth (1879? - 5 DEC 1910)
Mrs. Andrew Arends of the town of Hull, Marathon Co., Wis., one of the first to contract that dread disease, diphtheria, died Monday night, Dec. 5th, 1910, after an illness of four days. She was in the 31st year of her age, and leaves her husband and three children, one a baby about six months old. Among us all she ranked always as a woman of culture, refinement, sympathy, a kind neighbor, devoted wife and mother and a true friends. To the broken hearted husband and children, the sympathy of this entire community is extended. The burial took place Tuesday.
