TOWN OF ROCK PIONEER LADY DIES AT GRANTON

Lindsey - Mrs. Bertha Paulson, 82, a resident of the town of Rock for more than fifty years died this morning at Granton where she had been making her home with a daughter, Mrs. Ben Rausch. She had been an invalid for a number of years. Her husband preceded her in death 20 years ago. She is survived by six sons, Albert and Ed of Marshfield, Theordore of the town of Rock, Peter of Neillsville, Ralph of Granton, Chris at Marshfield, and three daughters, Emma at Granton, Mrs. Mysler in Chicago and Boletta in Chicago. Funeral services have not been announced.

Saturday morning at Granton, Mrs. Bertha Paulson, 81, passed away at the Raush home at Granton, after many weeks of suffering. Mrs. Paulson and her husband, the late Hans Paulson, were pioneers of this section. The funeral was held at the Nasonville Presbyterian church Monday morning. Burial was made in the family lot in the cemetery. Deceased is survived by ten children: Hans Paulson, Town of Rock; Ross Paulson, Granton; Peter Paulson, Neillsville; Mrs. Emma Raush, Granton; Chris Paulson, Albert Paulson and Ed Paulson, all of Marshfield. Mrs. Bertha Mysler of Chicago and Mrs. Lettie Vance of Chicago.
