Lynch, Angeline (3 Dec. 1857 - 21 Feb. 1936)
Mrs. Angeline Charles Lynch, whose death occurred at 4:20 p.m. Friday, was born at Mercer, Maine, Dec. 3, 1857, and came to Clark County with her parent in December, 1859. After attending the Neillsville Public schools, Mrs. Lynch taught for several years and on Oct. 21, 1879, was married to Abe Lynch. To this union were born three children, John L. Lynch Milwaukee; James E. Lynch, Duluth, and Miss Marion, who with the husband and a brother, John Charles, survive.
Mrs. Lynch was a quiet, home loving mother, who was beloved by all who knew her. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors and took a lively interest in the organization and was always willing to assist those in need and distress. Her death brings not only a serious loss to her family, but to her wide circle of friends who extend their deepest sympathies to the bereaved.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. G. W. Longenecker Monday from the Schiller Funeral home. Pallbearers were W. J. Marsh, Willard Allen, Wayne Potter, B. H. Peterson, Ernest Snyder and Wheeler Forman.
James E. Lynch, who is in Florida, could not be reached to be informed to his mother’s death in time for him to get here for the funeral.
