LAYKOVICH BOUND OVER FOR TRAIL
Willard Man Who Slew Wife and Child Likely to Get Sanity Test
Frank Laykovich, Sr.,Willard, who was arrested Feb. 18 after he had shot and killed his wife and 3 year old son, Eugene, was bound over to circuit court for trail on a charge of first degree murder when he was brought before A. E. Dudley, court commissioner, last Wednesday.
A coroner’s jury Thursday reached a verdict that Laykovich fired the shots that killed Mrs. Laykovich and the child.
Laykovich, who maintains he was justified in the killings because of what his acquaintances say was an imagined unfaithfulness of his wife is expected to be given a sanity test.
