M. Duncan Named Head of Asylum

Noted Opera Singer is selected to fill term left Vacant by father

At the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Clark County Asylum, Myron G. Duncan, was appointed superintendent for the unexpired term of his father, the late M. H. Duncan. The meeting was held in the asylum building Wednesday evening, when the trustees, Senator Walter Rush of Neillsville, K. Andrews of Colby, and Theodore Thompson of Curtiss were present. Mrs. M. H. Duncan will continue to be matron.

Mr. Duncan is a young man of fine character, a noted opera singer, and also a graduate of the University Of Wisconsin College Of Agriculture, Madison. In years past he has been associated with his father in asylum work, and his duties will not be new to him in anyway. His many friends throughout the county will be glad to learn that he has accepted this position and the asylum trustees can also be congratulated on their selection of Mr. Duncan. - Owen Enterprise.
