Parkhill, Myrtle B. (12 JUN 1912)
A very pretty wedding took place at the country home of Mr. and Mrs. N.S. Parkhill, at Riverside, town of Hull, Marathon Co., Wis., on Wednesday evening at eight o’clock, June 12th, 1912, when their daughter, Myrtle B., was united in marriage in marriage to Mr. Edwin C. Mundson of Withee, Clark Co. The ceremony was solemnized by Rev. J.C. Martin in the presence of some eighty guests. The home was prettily decorated with evergreens and flowers, and the bridal couple were married under a beautiful arch and wedding bell in the corner of the parlor. The bride was attended by Miss Cleo Mundson and the groom by Mr. Lawrence Mundson, sister and brother of the groom. There were the customary congratulations and an elaborate dinner.
The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N.S. Parkhill, who are among the oldest and most respected of pioneers of the town of Hull, and her many friends will join the Phonograph in congratulations to herself and husband, who, although a stranger to most of us, is highly spoken of by his Withee friends and acquaintances. May their life be a long and happy one.
