Weaver, Helen (Marriage - 17 June 1936)

Helen Weaver, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Morris Weaver, on June 17, at 10 a.m. became the bride of Elmer Haselow at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Haselow at Spencer, Rev. G. W. Longenecker officiating in the double ring ceremony.

Miss Weaver, who is a graduate of the Neillsville High School and Central State Teachers’ College at Stevens Point, has been teaching in the high school at St. John, N. D., where she has proved most efficient. She is a young lady of high ideals and splendid character. The bridegroom was graduated from the Loyal High School and Moler’s College at Milwaukee. He is proprietor of a Gamble Store Agency at Owen where he is well liked and has a host of friends.

After a wedding dinner given at the home of Mr. Haselow’s parents, the young couple left on a wedding trip to Minnesota and Iowa, expecting to be at home at Owen about June 24.
