Grinker, Mr./Mrs. Charles (45th – 8 JUN 1971)
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Grinker celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary May 29,
1971 in Municipal Hall, Dorchester (Clark Co., Wis.), with a family dinner
followed by a reception for friends and relatives that evening. This was the
first time the family of all ten children had been together for 12 years.
Mr. and Mrs. Grinker farm in the town of Little Black (Taylor Co., Wis.), where
they have lived all except the first seven years of married life Those first
years were spent in Chicago.
Mrs. Grinker is the former Clara Peissig of the Stetsonville area. They were
married in Stetsonville June 8, 1926. Their ten children are: Tom, who just
returned two weeks ago from Alaska, George, Donald, William, Joseph, Richard and
Mrs. Marvin (Betty) Gall, all from Milwaukee, Robert, Dorchester, John Mosinee,
and Mrs. Alden (Patricia) Hass of Stetsonville. They have 22 grandchildren.
