Miss Violet Gretzner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Gretzner of the Town Of Beaver and Albert Haselow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Haselow of the Town of Sherman were united in marriage on Wednesday, June 10th 2:00 P.M. at the Ev. Lutheran Church, Loyal, Rev. H. F. Leschensky, officiating.

Lohengrin’s Wedding March was played by Miss Marie Kadolph. The confirmation song, "Jesus Be Our Guide" was sung by Emma Noeldner, Mavis Berg and Eugene Leschensky. They later sang, "I Love You Truly."

The bride was attired in a white satin dress and a long veil with pearls and orange blossoms. She carried an arm bouquet of white roses and carnations.

Mrs. Arthur E. Wolfe, a sister of the bride was matron of honor. She was attired in yellow organdy with yellow roses buds for a head dress. She carried an arm bouquet of yellow and purple iris, pink carnations and peonies.

Miss Helen Weaver, Neillsville, was dressed in green organdy and rose buds for head dress as bride’s maid. She also carried an arm bouquet ofd Yellow and purple iris, pink carnations and peonies.

Mary Ellen Haselow, Chili, a niece of the groom was flower girl. She wore a dress of white organdy and carried a basket of mixed flowers.

Eugene Schultz, nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer. He wore white trousers and a blue coat and carried the ring on a lace pillow.

Arthur E. Wolfe, Town of Loyal, was best man and Elmer Haselow, Owen, was groomsman. Both wore blue suits.

The church was prettily decorated with two large flower trellises with large baskets of mixed flowers ahead od eadh. The benches were also decorated with paper streamers.

A reception at the home of the bride’s parents followed the ceremony for the immediate families and Rev. Leschensky and family. A six o’clock dinner was served with Aleda and Welda Foelske, cousins of the bride as waitresses.

The room was prettily decorated with white, yellow and green streamers and a white wedding bell. The center piece on the table was a bride’s cake decorated with white candles.

The newlyweds left on a wedding trip to Minnesota and Iowa to visit relatives and upon their return will make their home with the groom’s parents on their farm in the Town of Sherman.

The Tribune joins the many friends of the young couple in wishing them much success and happiness in the future.
