Stiemke, Ted (Slow Pitch Team - 2019)
Neillsville native Ted Stiemke, now living in Spencer, led his winter slow pitch
team to the number one spot in its league in Fort Myers, FL.
The Ray Tibbs Winter Slow Pitch Softball League is comprised of men ages 60 and
up from the United States and Canada.
Stiemke, 82, is a member of the “No. 1” team, finishing in first place for 2019
out of 10 teams, with 15 wins, four loses and two rainouts.
Stiemke pitched all 19 games of the season.
