Sommer, Pauline (21 NOV 1912)
A pretty wedding took place on the 21st of November, 1912, at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Sommer, in the town of Green Grove, Clark Co., Wis., when Miss Pauline Sommer, their youngest daughter, and Robert Dietrich of Antigo, were united in the bonds of holy matrimony. The Rev. A. Behrendt, the bride’s pastor, tied the nuptial knot in the parlor of the bride’s parents. The bride was beautifully dressed in silk messaline trimmed with lace. She carried a bouquet of bridal roses. The maid of honor was Meta Bahn and best man Albert Dietrich, brother of the groom. Mr. Theo. Sommer and Herta Woik also accompanied the couple. The bridesmaid wore white voile and carried pink and white carnations. Miss Laura Olm, a cousin of the bride, played the wedding march. A pretty and excellently chosen spread was enjoyed at the wedding dinner. The evening was spent in singing, music and games. There were guests present from Thorp, Hayton and Reedsville.
