Mr. and Mrs. LaVern Vanderwyst entertained dinner and supper guests at thei home
last Sunday. The relatives were Mr. and Mrs. John Barth, Chili, Mr. and Mrs.
Harvey Kademan, Curtiss, Mr. and Mrs. William Wolf and Greg, Marshfield, and
Ronald Quicker, Granton.
Mr. and Mrs. Ted Smith have a new granddaughter, Colleen Meyan, who was born to
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Smith, Eau Claire, on January 20, 1975. Mrs. Ted Smith
spent Monday through Friday at Eau Claire helping care for the new baby's
sister, Kathryn and Kimberly, at home.
Members from Zion, Granton, and Christ, Chili, who attended the Lutheran
Laymen's League Leadership Conference held at Zion Lutheran Church, Chippewa
Falls, were Mr. and Mrs. Otto Hasz, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hasz, Mr. and Mrs.
Robert Schlinsog, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Sternitzky, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Dankemyer
and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Montag.
Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Trimberger were sund afternoon visitors and supper guests with
Mrs. Clara White, Loyal.
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Worchel, Spencer, were Sunday afternoon visitors with Mr. and
Mrs. Richard Hillert.
