A special session of the county board has been called by Chairman Nels Anderson
through county clerk Harold Ruesch for Monday, June 12.
Provisions will be made to borrow money to repair flood damage done to bridges.
According to W. C. Miller, Taylor county highway commissioner, the Albert’s
bridge on Jump River was damaged by the flood august 31, 1943. The estimated
cost of repair to this bridge is $60,000.
