Veronica V Matonich, age 88, passed away September 13, 2005, in West Allis.

Veronica was the beloved wife of the later Peter Matonich, loving mother of Mary Ann (Robert) Nussbaum and the late John; dear grandmother of Peter (Paige) Nussbaum, great-grandmother of Carly and Luke Kramer, and sister of Mark P. Haipek, of Tucson, AZ and Mary (Lester) Stober. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Peter Matonich; brothers, Stanley (Frances) and Jacob Haipek; sisters, Kathryn Kerwin, Anne Foreman and Marcela O’Keefe.

Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday, September 15, at St. John Vianney Church, Brookfield, WI. Interment was in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL.
