Hantke, Betty (22 Feb. 1928 - 12 Oct. 1936)

Betty Hantke, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Hantke, passed away at the home of her parents on North Grand Avenue, Monday night October 12.

Betty was born February 22, 1928 and was eight years, seven months and twenty days old. She had finished the third grade in school last June.

For ten weeks her illness had baffled all medical treatment, six weeks of which time she was in the hospital.

During all these weary anxious days, the keenest sympathy developed throughout all this community for the little patient and her parents.

Funeral services will be held at the home at 2 p.m., Thursday, Rev. Longenecker officiating.

Mr. and Mrs. Hantke have surviving a little son, Buddy, four years old.
