Premschak, Boris Charles (1 April 1924 - 31 March 2006)
Boris Charles Premschak,age 81, of Tomah,passed away on Friday,March 31,2006,at the Franciscan Skemp Medical Center in LaCrosse.
Boris was born on April 1,1924,in Graz Austria. He served in the German Army in WWII on the Russian front. He was united in marriage to Edith Lorenz on Aug.6,1952.
Boris was employed as an HVAC engineer for the Metropolitan Buildings in Chicago IL from 1953-1971.In 1971 ,he moved to Tomah where he owned and operated the Ace Liquor Store until his retirement in 1986.
Boris is survived by his children, Carl(Denise) Premschak, of Parker,CO;and Philip (Lynne) Premschak,of West Bend; four grandchildren,Hunter and Evan, of Parker, CO; and Austin and Katie,of West Bend; and his dear friend and companion Eleanora Laufenberg.
He was prceded in death by his parents,and his wife, Edith.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 28,at 11 a.m. at St Mary Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tomah. Father Eugene Trainer will officiate. burial will follow in the St.Mary's Catholic Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to the church at 10 a.m. until the time of service.
