Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lesar, Sr., left Sunday morning for Ely, Minnesota, called by the sudden death of a friend, Mrs. Angela Zupancic.
Joseph Francel accidentally ran into the ditch Saturday morning while hauling mike with the truck. The road was rather icy and he struck a tree by the side of the road, damaging the truce quite badly. He escaped without injury.
Mrs. Johanna Hovart and family were Sunday guests at the Frank Champa home.
Some from here attended the programs held at the Worchel and Wildwood schools Thursday and Friday nights.
Marie and Anna McConnell spent the weekend at their parental home.
Wishing all the editors, readers and correspondents a very Merry Christmas day.
