Berrett, Genevieve (Marriage - 7 May 1937)
Paul O’Hara and Genevieve Berrett were united in marriage Friday evening, May 7, at the home of his mother, Mrs. Alvira O’Hara, Rev. Lloyd Larson performing the ceremony. The bride’s brother, Rolland Berrett, and his wife were the attendants.
Mrs. O’Hara is the daughter of Mrs. Myrtie Berrett. She was graduated from Neillsville High School in 1935 and has done office work most of the time since. She and her husband are both well known, having lived here since early childhood.
The young couple will be employed at Minocqua where the groom will be overseer of cottages at a summer resort and the bride will work in an insurance and real estate office. They left Sunday for their new home, her brother, Verland Berrett and wife and her sister, Luella, taking them to Minocqua.
Their many friends join in wishing them happiness and success.
