The Red Cross drive in Abbotsford met with the usual enthusiastic response. The village has a quota of &75, but collected $213.80, according to a report by Elmer Schraufnagel, local chairman.

Mrs. Jack Weideman was chairman of the soliciting. Thos who canvassed the town were Arlyn Brunkhorst, Wayne Spencer, Walter Grambort, Malcolm Lamont, Elmer Schraufnagel, Bernard Laabs, George Hoffman, Bill Kozlowski, Francis Sheer and John Bremer, Jr. F. E. Wernzenski contacted the faculty members.

Appreciation for the thorough work done by the solicitors is extended to them and to the people for their whole hearted response.
