News: Gilman - Rezone Gilman Cheese Plant (18 Apr

After the recent sale of Gilman Cheese, a request came to rezone the property
from commercial to industrial.
To coincide with the rezoning, members also approved Resolution 2019-03,
authorizing encroachment on the village right-of-way, from the plant’s parking
lot. Because Gilman Cheese has been in operation nearly 50 years, and has
expanded several times, to accommodate business growth the village has agreed to
the resolution, as encroachment does not present a hazard to traffic.
