Loucks, Daniel S. (1 FEB 1961 – 30 JAN 1971)
Daniel Scott Loucks, 9-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Llewellyn Loucks, of
Abbotsford (Clark Co., Wis.), died Saturday in St. Joseph's Hospital,
Marshfield, where he had been a patient suffering from a stroke.
Funeral service was held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church with
Rev. Keun W. Park and Rev. Kenneth A. Dix conducting the service.
Pallbearers were Gary Viets, Denny Beil, Anthony Abney, Kevin Boucher, and Tracy
Ingersoll, all members of the fourth grade class, which attended the funeral
service as a group.
Daniel, a fourth grade student at Abbotsford school, would have celebrated his
tenth birthday Monday. He was born February 1, 1961 in Medford.
He was a member of the Webelos in Cub Scout Pack 683.
Surviving are his parents and three brothers, Rodney, James and Timothy,
paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. L.F. Loucks, and maternal grandfather,
Norman Olsen.
A brother, John, preceded him in death in December of 1969.
Arrangements were made by Polnaszek Funeral Home and burial was in Colby
Memorial Cemetery.
