Janezich, Robert R. (25 FEB 1926 – 1 MAY 2006)
Robert Janezich, 80, North Chicago, Ill., died on Monday, May 1, 2006, at his home. Funeral services were held on Friday, May 5, at the Marsh Funeral Home, Waukegan, Ill.
Robert R. Janezich was born Feb. 25, 1926, in Willard, to Anton and Mary Janezich. He was a Korean War veteran and in March 1950, he began his career at Fansteel, North Chicago, as a utilities specialist. He retired in 1991 after more than 40 years of employment.
Survivors include his three daughters, Arlene Gibbs, Omaha, Neb.; Margo (Harold) Lewis, Harker Heights, Texas; and Jill Janezich, North Chicago; five granddaughters; three brothers; and two sisters.
