Gehrt, Emma (Marriage - 12 Oct. 1937)
Charles Marden of the Town of Hewett and Miss Emma Gehrt of Pine Valley, were married Tuesday, Oct. 12, at the Reformed *day, Oct. 12, at the Reformed ficiating.

Charles Marden, son of Mrs. Minnie Marden, town of Hewett, and Miss Emma Gehrt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Gehrt of Pine Valley, were united in marriage at the Reformed Church parsonage at 7 p.m., Oct. 12, Rev. William Bixler performing the ceremony.
They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Berger, the latter being a sister of the bride.
The bride wore a dress of emerald green crepe and carried a bouquet of yellow roses and baby’s breath. Mrs. Berger was dressed in rust crepe and wore a corsage bouquet of yellow roses and baby’s breath.
After the ceremony the wedding party drove to the home of the bride’s parents in Pine Valley, where a fine wedding supper was served to 11 guests.
After a trip through northern Wisconsin, the bride and groom returned to live at the farm home of the groom’s mother which he is carrying on.
The Press joins the many other friends of this worthy young couple in offering wishes for a happy future.
