Eggebrecht, Laura (10 JUN 1914)
Yesterday afternoon, June 10th, 1914, at the Wein Lutheran Church, Miss Laura Eggebrecht was united in marriage to Bernard Splitt. After the ceremony the bridal couple and many guests repaired to the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Eggebrecht, in the town of Frankfort (Marathon Co., Wis.), where an elaborate wedding feast was awaiting them, and where the usual festivities were held.
It was impossible for the writer to attend the wedding of Miss Laura, but we extend the blessing of an uncle, and wish her and husband a happy and prosperous voyage over the sea of matrimony.
