Mrs. Frank King returned to her home last week.
Mr. Israel Fulwiler made two trips to Marshfield last week.
Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Warner were down to Neillsville last Friday.
Mr. Lew Davidson has gone up north in Marathon County, to look up land.
George Lindsley has moved into his new house.
Mart Tompkins has sold his farm to Bush Davis.
Mr. John Vandeberg scalded one of his feet quite badly while butchering, but he keeps around.
Mrs. A. Lawrence, mother of Mrs. George Lindsley and Mrs. William Rowe, has been quite sick, but is reported to be on the gain.
The young people of the Center went to Mr. Sam VanBuren’s the evening of the 5th, and gave his daughter, Olive, a surprise, and they report have a nice time.
Mrs. S.W. Bolton has begun her winter’s term of school in District No. 1.
