There is a company of surveyors who are boarding at John Breezes. They are surveying a road from the St. Paul line towards Spencer, for the Necedah Lumber Company to aid in getting their pine out.
Born to Mr. and Mrs. Ed Turner a boy. Ed is a happy man.
Mr. Oscar Benedict, from Stevens Point, is visiting friends at the Center.
The cheese factory is nearly ready to begin operations.
S.D. Gibson made a raid on a fox den the other day and captured three of them.
The assessor has begun to hunt up the property in the Town of York.
