E.M. Rowe and wife have gone to Walnut Grove, Minnesota, for a two week’s visit. They were accompanied by Levi Fulwiler.
Born to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Benedict, a 10 ½ lb girl.
The Fourth was duly observed at the Center. The Baker family, of Loyal, were down and furnished martial music. Rev. J. Ford talked to the people for a short time, and the young people of the Centre gave some splendid singing. Every one seemed to enjoy themselves.
Quite a number of the young people went to Loyal in the evening to see the fire works, and some of the older ones took in the fireworks at Granton.
